Along with the Westport, Charlton, Salem, and Assonet Plant facilities the export yard brings a new scrap metal recycler with global reach to New England. The New Bedford Export Facility is located at the south end of the harbor on the working waterfront and is another great step forward for the greater New Bedford area.
