Westport and Charlton, MA facility now accept running vehicles or vehicles that contain fluids that will be processed on site.
Excel Recycling requests your cooperation with our vehicle recycle preparation requirements. These requirements may vary by location please call for more information regarding the yard you intend to use.
Please note all auto recycle preparation requirements must be completed in advance of acceptance by Excel Recycling if delivering to the Freetown shredding plant.
- Removal of all fluids (engine and transmission oil, anti-freeze, gear oil) is required.
- Fuel tanks must be removed or contain a visible 6″ drain hole
- Excel only accepts crack-free lead acid batteries

Compensation:
In most cases, our auto recycling compensation system pays cash on the spot with a current ID and legal proof of vehicle ownership.
